I had an excellent buying experience at the Kia dealership.

The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and professional, his knowledge of the vehicles and associated information was excellent. Best of all was his attitude, I felt very relaxed and he didn't try to push me to make any decisions straight away, nor did he try to sell me any extras. Free coffee also helped!

After some deliberation I purchased a new car, it took one week to deliver it to the dealership. I was pleasantly surprised when collecting it that the salesman had put in a full set of floor mats at no extra charge, he then took me for a short drive to demonstrate the controls and fill the fuel tank, once again at no additional cost.

All documentation was both emailed and posted to me within two weeks. Some may consider them a bit overpriced, but I would say the additional warranty length and the excellent standard equipment they have are worth that little bit more. All in all I am very happy with the new car and feel that it was an excellent buying experience.

This is the second  Kia we've bought from Gravells, we still have the first after 6 years of hard driving but wanted a second, smaller car.  I saw the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay in Kidwelly. I felt that Emyr in sales was friendly and helpful without being at all pushy, I loved the car and bought it. The car needed a  dent repaired which Gravells did at no cost to me and the car was delivered to my home address in Neath one week later, also at no cost to me. Emyr registered and taxed the car for me and the documents all arrived through the post within a few days.
After we took delivery of the car we discovered that the back demister wasn't working properly and the passenger rearview mirror was broken. We contacted Emyr and were booked in to have these things repaired at no cost. We then had a problem with the fan belt squealing, again it was booked in and repaired free of charge.
At all times the staff at Gravells have been friendly, helpful and professional. I am over the moon with my new car and would not hesitate to recommend Gravells and Kia to anyone. When I need my next car I will definitely be buying from them again.
