I've been here a few times with jewellery with a very high sentimental value. He has resized bracelets and helped me with an engraving over my last few visits and has always given me an amazing service - he listens carefully and understands what is needed. I will continue to use and trust this shop for any jewellery related needs.

I needed a new watch battery and few links taken out. I thought I needed two links out but they took the time to check how it looked on my wrist. They recommended three, and now it fits perfectly! Took only two minutes to do the job and now my watch is ticking away nicely and not falling off my wrist. I liked the look of a new watch there too. I didn't buy it but I was able to try it on and wasn't pressured for the sale at all. Couldn't be happier with the service and would highly recommend!! :

Went in to fix my wedding ring after it split. Owner was really welcoming and understanding. Was honest with me about my options and when I left it with him to be fixed he did it so quickly and left no marks. Could never tell it was broken! Fab service.

Amazing customer service. Kyle made a custom engagement ring for me. Helping me choose the right stones and ring design. Was then quick to help in resizing the ring when my estimate was slightly out

I took my engagement ring to Kyle after losing it because it was too big. Kyle resized it and cleaned it up. It looks as good as new and you can't tell it been resized! I would 100% recommend him to anyone. Fab service and brilliant customer service!!

Saw a ring being sold through the Facebook page, made to order. Was super special so bought it straight away for my husband, and although I’m in north Wales I had the ring by the next day. The ring was a little big I measured wrong and Kyle bent over backwards to work around me and the distance to get it resized. Husband over the moon with his ring! Thank you

I came here to get my engagement ring made. Absolutely amazing service! I was talked through all of the different options and the owner kept in contact with different gems which were available until we found the perfect one.

Bought eternity ring and requested two diamonds removed for my children's birth stones payed the optional extra!!! Replacement stones terrible, original diamonds were not given to me and white gold tarnished within a week. They were not helpful no advice given on maintaining the ring they just wanted my money!!! I have since had my ring dipped by the gold gallery who advised everything as they should!!!

Can highly recommend this jewelers shop with friendly and professional staff who know their stuff. I have bought a few items of jewelry and taken several watches here over the years and always happy with the excellent standard of work and prices.

Always very helpful. The only place I'll go whenever I need any adjustments for my many watches I've had over the years, or for anything to be cleaned/fixed and general advice. Many thanks
