Stayed here for 28 days. Rooms was large and well decorated. Room was cleaned everyday and always topped up the coffee and tea. The staff are exceptional and couldn't do more for you. The food is a good standard. There carvery is lovely with a good section of me and and veg. The breakfast is lovely freshly cooked and good selection of non hot goodies to try. Overall the best stay I have had in a long while and the view of Dartford is lovely. Good stay at a reasonable rate.

We popped in here for a bite to eat and were chuffed to find they had some nice veggie options. The butternut squash and grilled Mediterranean veg burger was so good we went back for more the following week. Staff were quite friendly and made us feel welcome. Lovely outdoor seating and dogs welcome inside too!

I found the reception staff not to be very friendly. However other staff seemed very friendly. The hotel itself was generally clean although the decor and furniture somewhat tired and in need of a refreshing and replacing. The bar area had a lovely fireplace which we enjoyed. The food in the restaurant was good...a lovely carvery. Breakfast was also good. The room was clean and of a very good size. Plenty of space. The bathroom was also clean with a good sized shower. The usual tea and coffee was available. The bed was very comfortable. The corridor has the brightest light which shone through under the door so the room was not in complete darkness which disturbed my sleep a bit. Otherwise a good stay.

Best hospitality I've ever experienced! We where snowed in with no power or phones etc but everybody here did everything they could to make it a very pleasant stay! Thoroughly recommend, you won't be treated better anywhere else!!!

Lovely carvery. A lovely restaurant, able to cater for large groups. A little old fashioned but lovely.
