Having read previous reviews on google I was a little cautious.. but having met and spoken with Dave the owner my concerns were eased as to the reasons two customers / potential customers had chosen to leave negative feedback. Dave is a veteran in the car business with over 30 years of experience. He seems to be an established local dealer and said that he only buys reliable select cars. His advice has been friendly and genuine. He prices his cars very competitively but doesn't move on the price I bought a Honda Civic from him Dec 2018 it is fairly perfect. OK I've had it less than a month but even I with my little experience with cars I can tell its a great little car - happy to post back here in a couple of years to check in! Good luck Dave you deserve a string of 5 star reviews here!! BTW the reviews on Autotrader for the same company are all 5 star
On reading the negative review, naturally my partner and I were a little apprehensive but needed to see the Dodge Nitro for sale, as there wasn't too many on the market with low mileage and competitively priced. Happily, Danrick are the complete opposite to what we were led to believe. Easy-going, transparent and hassle-free. We bombarded Dave with questions, requested copies of documents and finally arranged an RAC engineer to check the vehicle. At no point was he anything other than accommodating and professional. Fully recommend.
Great service from a great organisation. Bought a Ford CMax which I must say was immaculate, inside and out. No pressure sales from Ricky who let us make our own minds up. Really pleased with the purchase, no troubles with the car. Highly recommend Danrick Autos. Ricky even through in a bottle of bubbly after the sale. Nice touch. Genuine car dealers in Essex.
very dodgy company. Test drove a car, loved the car, price was reasonable but extremely low mileage for the number plate of the car. Therefore due to being ripped off in the past by car dealers i offered to put down the deposit on the car there and then but get my mechanical friend to double check the car within the next few days before i handed over the full price. Dealer selling me the car was extremely rude, turning from fairly friendly to very defensive saying he doesn't want anyone else looking at the car and that he doesn't want to sell it to us if we get a mechanic to look at it. Therefore i had to walk away from the car. Dealer was very obviously hiding something dodge about the car and I'm glad i only wasted a day looking at it as oppose to buying it and finding out what was wrong with it!
5 stars aren't enough. Excellent service. Absolutely excellent service and went above and beyond to help me. He has even helped me after I bought car so massive thumbs up there. The car was excellent and such good value for money. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is look for a car.
Great deal, first rate motor at a very competitive price. Dave was very helpful and professional. We were there no longer than an hour, and left in the car, taxed and insured. Recommended.

Very helpful and friendly until you hand over your money then they just don't care because of course it's now your problem. Customer after care is completely nonexistent
