We love this site, it is a small piece of country near the town. It is small and tidy, and so important to us, is quiet, relaxing and peaceful. Toilets and shower are kept spotless, showers are hot, no nasty cobwebs or beasties! We have always found the owner friendly and helpful - and our next visit will be our fifth!.. We kept our dog overnight in her cage - as she would disappear after the squirrels and rabbits given a chance! Cycling around this area is easy too - it's all level!

We had a change in circumstances and needed to find a camp around that area for around 7pm. We've phoned Daisyfields and got told that We could just turn up as long as it's by 8pm but they would wait for few minutes if we were running late. When we arrived at 7.30 the owners were very rude and made us feel extremely unwelcome. We had discussed renting a fire pit from them over the phone and when asked for it at the reception the women just replied that she can't be bothered to deal with it at this time of day and maybe if we wanted to have one we should of turned up earlier and just walked off! That's when her husband showed up and gave it to us but had to make few comments about it too! We were there before they closed so I don't understand what's the problem? The campsite in itself was fine, kept clean, bathroom was kept clean but had to pay for any little extras. Won't be staying there again.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Owners incredibly rude and unhelpful, grass hadn't been cut for weeks , £10 deposit for key for toilets, manky old towel in toilets, shower didn't lock, second one only ran for a second. Worse campsite we have ever been to and we've been to many, will never return!!

Loved the time we had here beautiful grounds the couple who run it are very nice honest people made us welcome from start to finish would return for a few quite nights any time.close to shops hope you all enjoy your stay as much as we did

Always clean and tidy. Toilets cleaned every day. Grass short and well kept Happy and polite owners always willing to help. 5☆
