Credit where credit is due at the Market Street Samsung Experience outlet. Mathew and Joshua were brilliant. I am a member of Manchester City Council Age Friendly Board so an “older person” and your customer service guys were on point helping me set up a Samsung phone. When I asked for a seat and water, because the set up was taking a while, Mathew offered me a seat and got me some bottled water. Good representatives of your company and age friendly. Thanks Mx

The team here have been amazing today. I purchased an S9+ and was able to get a dual sim device to use for my business I couldn't find this anywhere else. I got 0% finance and traded my old handset in for a reasonable price. They helped me transfer all my stuff and help set it up. Happy customer with a great phone

Update: previously rated five stars, now redacted to one. Samsung Manchester failed to repair the burn-in issue on two separate occasions, and having returned a third time. They then refused to rectify their mistake because of a 1mm chip on the back. I could either pay £310.00 or get lost. Awful, humiliating experience. I've been brand loyal to these guys for six years. Never again. I should also warn visitors that this isn't actually a Samsung store, it's an independent approved franchise (the company name is on the back wall, near the seats). The chap simply said 'we're not Samsung and they charge us for parts'. So be warned, you're not dealing with the Company directly and they won't take responsibility. I don't mess around; I'll never buy Samsung again. 

Okay, I'll keep this short and sweet. These guys are great. My Galaxy S8-plus display  went haywire (screen burn, phone in warranty) and I popped in to see if they could help. Their on-site repair centre replaced the screen, the display unit and the battery within three hours. Three hours. This is a repair job that my network would have taken two weeks with. Can't thank them enough, phone working perfectly and looks brand new. They even gave me a free carry pouch. I'm not one to wax lyrical about stores, but their service was exceptional and the staff were lovely. Many thanks.

Really enjoyed the visit to store today. Alice was very respectful and tailored the class to my needs. I can now go home and get so much more out of my phone. So long iphone! Hello Samsung 😄
