My wife and I needed help in choosing an appropriate laptop for my creativity and general use. The young man was so helpful and helped us to see what was best in our price range. He was patient and explained things clearly.

Very helpful and knowledgeable young lady helped us get just the cooker we wanted. Everything explained to our entire satisfaction. Would definitely consider purchasing from here again.

Went in to buy a Samsung tablet and wanted to try it out including the pen that comes as part of it as the handwriting function is an important part of wanting this specific tablet. Employees all standing in a group talking so went to ask for help and was pretty much told to go away. Whats the point of having a store and employees if a paying customer comes in to spend real money and is told to go away? Waste of time and shall not be back.

Actually had staff available on our visit... always have tech and TV staff. Never white goods staff. Didn't have anything in stock we wanted so went to gilmans instead.  Straight from stock...

Went in for a chromebook laptop. Saw the perfect Acer machine at an excellent price and hey presto, none in stock anywhere. Why display it if they have no stock, typical Curry's. The chap who helped us was very knowledgeable tho

My washing machine was due to be delivered and installed today 13th December between 11.15 - 15.30. I took the day off work. Approximately 15.15 I noticed the tracker had changed to be delivered on the 17th December, no time given, no phone call to let me know. Terrible customer service Currys

Respect to the staff member who had the misfortune to help me. I know nothing about tech. but everthing was explained before i purchased my final purchase. Not the item i intended to buy but one as good and cheaper. Cheers.

Been in one you been in them all so down to the staffing. We were looking for a kettle replacement but without luck, no staff assisted too they either not to be seen or view PC screens not much help.

I went in the store to have a look around but had to leave quickly because it was very cold in the store. Please do something about it! Don't you think about your employees?

False adverting? On currys website and in store a few washing machines are advertised at £229. However when you go in to the store to purchase a washing machine they tell you they do not keep them in stock and there is a £30 delivery charge. Surely advertising a product for £229 that cannot physically be purchased for £229 is false advertising? A quote direct from the gov site states.. A customer pays £50 a product, without being told the price does not include VAT. This was not explained in the advert, so the advert is misleading.
