I went in to Western Computer after water was spilled on my laptop at work. They were brilliantly calm and helpful, and managed to rescue some work I was at risk of losing. Great service, polite, friendly and most of all totally reassuring. Highly recommend.

Had great service from Matt today both in terms of repair and sales advice. I found it an easier process than compared with various Apple stores. There were more immediate repair slots available and the service was more proactive. Recommended for sure.

I called in to this store last weekend to get my son's iphone repaired  a charger had broken off inside the phone.  The team were all polite, friendly and helpful and to our relief they were able to fix the phone swiftly and for no charge. Many thanks!

I have visited Western Computers a few times for advice. They have always seen super helpful and friendly. Visited today as my daughters phone broke and we were struggling to restore the new phone. The member of staff we felt with was amazing and sorted out issues out for us. Nothing was too much Trouble. Such a positive and personal experience, can not recommend more highly!!

What a fantastic service, Joost was incredibly helpful with fixing my MacBook Pro. He was able to see me in store straight away and looked at it with me. He was kind enough to save me loads of cash and gifted me a keyboard and mouse which has solved my issue. Highly recommend and will be coming back again if I ever have any issue with my Apple products. Thank you!!

My Son asked me to come to Cheltenham to visit Western Computers as he has always had excellent service. Matt was brilliant with me an 80 year old grandmother and I was able to buy exactly what I needed. I cannot recommend the friendly staff enough.

Great, attentive service! Went in with my series 3 Apple Watch that wouldn’t charge with my current charger. They tried it with an adapter with more wattage and it solved the problem. Will use again for any future issues. Thanks guys

I went into Western Computers yesterday and received an extraordinary level of support. I’m a widow of 72 which means that technology can be daunting. I’m also deaf which can make communicating difficult. I rarely experience the kind of help I was given and many businesses could learn a lot from the manager who was so patient and considerate to me, ensuring I fully understood everything. I will certainly be returning for future purchases.
