I needed help to reinforce the Halfords Mesh Dog Guard I had bought a month ago. Not because it was failing to do the job... but because my 37 kilos rescue German Shepherd decided to squeeze through a tiny gap and sit in the front passenger seat as I was driving along. This was an emergency! Luckily for me, I was ably assisted by Sean, who cheerfully and happily clambered about in the boot while we used a second matching guard to patch all the possible spaces left. Only a mouse could get through now... fingers crossed! The Halfords Mesh Dog Guard proved to be very versatile and sturdy. It was a bit like a jigsaw puzzle to make it Molly-proof but we got there in the end, working as a team. Throughout it all, Sean was patient, friendly and professional, chatted about his dogs and made it a fun experience. He then fitted a set of new windscreen wipers and checked the oil for me. I found out that Sean was due to finish his work at 5.00pm but as it all took so long, he went on until after 5.30pm with no hint of weariness or irritation. I was very impressed with Sean and very grateful for his help yesterday. I think he is a young man who will go far in life. He deserves to be appreciated for his hard work and excellent car-side manner. Thank you very much.

I had a really good time on this visit I was going to buy a product for £19 and one of the staff suggested I buy twice as much for £3 less which was very nice I then went on and purchased a bike for my daughter and received excellent service

Awesome, helpful and patient staff here! Helped me my cigarette lighter my car and figure out what to do about my car stereo. I will definitely be visiting here again

Bought a bike for the wife. Collected and had to bring back as headstock bearings loose, cables not routed properly and gears not selected. Reasonable prices but service very poor
