Called up looking for CPU thermal paste between Christmas and new years. Was able to pop down in 30 mins and sort me out with some paste as a stop gap till postal service resumes. Very helpful as could have easily said he had no stock. Would recommend
Very helpful and knowledgeable, they were able to provide me with a refurbished laptop and all the software I needed for a very reasonable price. Best of all they were still located in the town centre so I didn't need to cycle out of town to get to the shop.

My MacBook was diagnosed within an hour, then called to check I wanted to go ahead on the repair. The repair was done quickly and the part replaced has a 3 month guarantee. Very helpful and great service, would definitely recommend.
Nick is really helpful. Gave me a few options for my upgrade and once he had the part, the laptop was with me by the end of the day!
