This was my 2nd time at this hotel. The location is perfect, 10 minutes from Norbury Station with easy access to Central London and 5 minutes from the shops and restaurants. The staff were amazing, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, large and had everything I needed. To make it perfect, a new mattress would be the icing on the cake. The hotel facilities are great - you do your own catering in the kitchen and I used their laundry facilities. Overall, basic, clean, well-priced and well worth it.  Rooms: Large, bright, clean but basic. They have everything you need - TV, table, 2 chairs, small side table, wardrobe and fridge.  Nearby activities: Shops, restaurants and easy access to Central London for exploring all that the city has to offer.  Safety: As a single traveler, I felt safe in the hotel.  Walkability: Close to Norbury Station, shops and restaurants.

Property was well maintained and clean. The experience with check in was so smooth that the property owner deserved a credit for it. We constantly received messages for the details that was fantastic. They had a clean kitchen with all the amenities and sitting area. Even, check out was also smooth for us.Rooms: 4/5

Great place! Clean, warm and a good location, fun neighbourhood and close to the train station. The communal space with the kitchen is an amazing addition. Me and my friends loved the stay!Rooms: 5/5

The room was nothing like the picture There were no toiletries as described nothing left as described in the folder in the room I.e tea and coffee The bathroom has seen better days the Lino was bubbled and dirty The shower tray looked dirty and needs replacing There was a large fridge in the room that was too noisy and had definitely seen better days dirty and yellowed The bed linens were clean but the pillows and mattress smelled strongly of other people really disgusting The glass in the bathroom should have been sterile disposable it was dirty The shower was scalding hot and difficult to adjust without getting scalded in the process The whole room stank of bleach I was there for one night after a gig I didn’t venture to the kitchen for breakfast’ i didn’t feel I wanted to stay a minute longer I am not sure who awarded 3 stars or when but this was not 3 star accommodation  Rooms: Old tired nasty tatty so infection control and issue Pock marked shower tray  Walkability: The 109 stop is very near  Food & drinks: None tried didn’t want to risk it or stay a minute longer than I had to

Clean rooms, great Morning break fast service DIY. almost -cozy and comfortable,except noise from upstairs and old flashing water tank of toilet in guest room. We will come again ! Thanks.Rooms: 5/5

Fresh food in the fridge for breakfast, we just didn't use it as I didn't want to cook. Had a kettle in the room but no cups or mugs which I'm sure we could have got from the kitchen had we though about it at the time. Basic room but good price. Friendly and clean

It was fine for the price. Well stocked breakfast fridge. Clean enough, but the lights in the rooms were broken. Plus the heating was on all the time and it was 20°C outside!Rooms: 4/5

Good hotel with breakfast. It's small hotel with friendly staff. Hotel is near railway station Norbury. You can eat breakfast anytime. In kitchen room, you have fridge and if you wake up at 11am or 4pm, you can go to breakfast :-

Noisy room railway active all night. Auto light in bedroom on at every slight move could not find isolating switch. Fully stocked kitchen had no bread for toast

I've rented a 2 bedroom flat for 7 days with Flexistay. The furnitures are outdated, the shower drain was clogged. And every night we had to live with mice running around the flat. The only good point is the location.
