I can't thank Crystal clear Dental enough. I had an emergency appointment with them today, I needed some work on a very old metal filling where the back of my tooth had come away. It was replaced with a white filling that looks a million times better and whole process was painless. The team were really empathetic to me being very nervous and Stephen explained everything before going ahead with it.  Overall was a great experience.

I had to pop into this dentist for an emergency appointment - fractured, infected tooth which needed to be removed. Stephen did a fantastic job at making me feel calm and comfortable during what you would assume to be quite a scary procedure..  The removal itself took no longer than 15 minutes! It was very simple.. Stephen numbed the area with a gel and a couple injections not as painful or scary as you would think! Just a small scratch He then followed on by tapping each tooth in the area to make sure that no pain could be felt.  I can confirm that it was a pain-free procedure and also healing period no painkillers were needed!  I would 100% return. The dentist itself is very good at prioritising your needs and schedules you in as soon as need be.

I originally only wrote a small review with 5* but I should write something better because I had a good experience. Had quite a few fillings done I think it was 7 as well as a hygiene treatment. All of this was carried out during several appointments over the course of about 2 weeks. My teeth feel 10 times better now than they did before my original consultation, and they also look a lot cleaner and healthier. Because I hadn't been to the dentist in some time I had a lot of buildup on my teeth which meant I required 2 hygiene treatments. After my first hygiene treatment there was one tooth that needed some extra work, and instead of having to wait for the second hygiene appointment I was able to get this specific tooth done on the same day at no extra cost, which I appreciated a lot because I was on a deadline to get this all done. I think the pricing is more than fair. If you're in York and need a dentist, you'll have a good experience here Reece

I thought that it would be nice to leave a review, as the service I received was exceptional. The dentist, Mr Zsigmond was very professional and has a pleasant manner, he explained what he was doing as the treatment progressed, which was reassuring.

Needed my new teeth and the surgery went super well. Staff is friendly and dentist is well prepared and explains everything to you, step by step. Totally recommended

I was recommended Crystal Clear Dental after experiencing problems with a previous dental practice. From the first moment I met Stephen and the rest of the team, I knew I was in good hands. Stephen kept me informed about the procedures he would need to perform and spaces between appointments were a realistic expectation. I’ve had the last of quite a few appointments and I can honestly say I’m quite sad not to be returning until next year! I am so happy with the finished result. Wish I’d been with you all sooner! I’ve been with Crystal Clear for a few years now, but felt compelled to write a review after having a poor quality crown replaced by Stephen this week. He does an incredible job and I’ve never had a better dentist. He’s left me feeling no anxiety around having dental work done, and given me so much confidence through the work I’ve had with the practice!

I am visiting from US and had a dental emergency. They made a same day appointment for me since I leave York the next day. Dr Mihaela Paun is amazing. She is extremely patient, explained everything before she did it, went over all options, and took her time to make sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend Crystal Clear Dental for all your dental needs.

I highly recommend Crystal Clear Dental. Very professional and friendly service all round. I had a series of appointments and felt comfortable the entire time - Stephen has such a kind manner that puts you at ease and I really appreciate that he lets you know what to expect every step of the way.

I first went to Stephen at Crystal as an emergency patient with a tooth abscess...I informed Stephen that I was very anxious as I had had many years of extreme anxiety due to bad experiences. Stephen immediately put me at ease he explained he was going to do in a warm professional way.  Over the past few months I have had some extensive dental work done, last appointment today.  I fully trust Stephen and he is very experienced, I am now able to visit the dentist without any fear or anxiety...I would recommend anyone who has a fear or phobia to go to Crystal all the staff are really friendly. Thank you so much for restoring my faith in dentists and enabling me to have appointments without the intense fear.
