Been here several times and it's fairly poor. Their equipment is often dated and sometimes faulty. The receptionists have made several mistakes with my appointments, one resulted me being de-registered, and another time they had booked a completely different person in - perhaps they should ask for a few more details over the phone so this doesn't happen again. It's a shame, as some of the staff are pleasant and professional, but are let down by a poorly managed business and systems.

A bit disappointing as two appointments were cancelled with no advise. Had to take time off work just to be told that either the system was down or that my appointment disappeared off the system. This was disappointing as had to arrange with work to take time off and then spend money to get an expensive uber to go back to work. Apart from that the dentist and his team were great, always explaining, giving advise and keeping me at ease at all times. Definitely would see the dentist again, but would be worried they will mess up the appointments again.
