I have felt massively let down by the dentist, both with own teeth and my daughter's. I have lived all over the country and world and have many different experiences of dentists. I have left this dentist now and will find another better clinic in York. I honestly think they are all about expanding their new implant studio and giving people perfect white American smiles. If you want a dentist who is going to really look after your family's teeth as a priority I would honestly recommend you find another clinic. I have spoken to many other local families and I'm not the only one who feel this way.
Always professional and a great service. Highly recommend them. I am an NHS patient and although it is often difficult to get an appointment if a scheduled one has to be cancelled, the communication is always great and I’ve never felt like I’m being put in second place for being an NHS patient. The staff are all friendly and professional, and make you feel at ease.
I've been registered with Blossom Dental Care for 3 years and have been impressed with the care I've received. My most recent appointments were with Dr Sond who was really professional, helpful and friendly. Thank you to all the NHS dentists, therapists and nurses! I would recommend Blossom Dental Care.
Who likes going to The Dentist but Blossom Dental Care made the experience as painless as possible Both my wife and I used the dental services and the hygienest with a kindness shown by all involved. To all involved thank for smile once we had left knowing we would see you all once again in 6months and not before 5 Star organisation thank you for looking after our dental needs.
My son and I have been with Blossom Dental for about ten years. We have always been well cared for by all the staff from reception to hygienists and the dentists are always kind and conscientious. An excellent dental service that I wholly recommend.
Finally back up to the required number of dentists and appointments back to normal. Dentists and hygienists seem pleasant and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been with the practice over 50 years and wouldn't want to go elsewhere.
Similar to previous reviews I feel massively let down by this practice for both my son and my own NHS care. I have been unable to get an appointment for either of us since 2020, and what appointments that have been given to us have been either been cancelled or moved and then cancelled. They say this is the same across all NHS practices in York but speaking to friends they haven’t had similar issues. I have now left the practice as I’d rather pay privately than stay somewhere where care and compassion isn’t part of their day to day practice.
I really couldn't be happier with the service and treatment received from blossom Dental Care. Mr. Harrison the clinical director has steered the practice very well indeed. As a local GP I understand the challenges and this practice meets them with excellence
I'm really happy with Blossom Dental Care. All staff are happy and helpful. They keep you updated on any changes that may occur their end. I would recommend Blossom Dental Care to anyone.
We as a family have alway received attentive care at the practice, especially true for our Adult Son who has Special Needs and has been treated with respect and understanding over a lot of years by all your dental team and support staff.
