a job that should of taken about 4 days turned into 4 weeks, plus I had to keep chasing them up. Absolutely rubbish place

Can't believe my insurance company even deal with this kind of garage. Ask to take my brand new car to them after being involved in an accident and when I went to there site there was two guys shouting and swearing outside there shutters, there was cars outside with no doors on, cars half done and sitting outside on a rainy day. When I went in the reception there was no one there and I can hear someone making a groaning noise in the next room, then someone in a overall walked in passed me, made me dusty and walked straight in to the next room without even acknowledge me standing by the counter waiting to be served. Absolutely shoddy place and extremely intimidating! In the end I was not seen by anyone, I walked out and spoke to insurance company advising them that I will not using this garage to repair my car!

Great service from Palace Panels and Chris. Really helpful & friendly. Everything undertaken on time with minimal amount of fuss. I was kept updated as to progress all the way through. Thoroughly recommend.

I have a Bentley car that is my passion, my insurance after warning that it would take the car to "Palace Panels". I was a bit careful. I had an accident around the left side of the vehicle and after a good service from the contact with the garage "Palace Panels" with super friendly people especially "Earny" was always very attentive mine gave support to end with the vehicle ready within stipulated work was just perfect (as new) thank you "Palace Panels " always indicate my friends to bring their vehicles in the excellence garage ! Anderson
