Utterly non-existent service. I can’t understand what they’re spending money on - not on rubbish collection, roads maintenance, parking services, customer service, or query and complaints handling. What is their service mandate? How are they monitored on the delivery of those services? An extremely affluent area collecting a lot of council tax with very little to show for it.

Are the council trying to block all the roads in its area at the same time.? Most of the roadworks are set up with traffic lights but there are no workers to be seen for weeks.? The work on the bridges over the railway are fully set up for work with 1,2 or 3 way traffic lights but nobody doing any work.Butts hill road and the bridge at Ruscombe? Parking is also a problem especially the number of cars parked along the road at the church end of Church Road Woodley,.Th occupants of the maisonettes have garages at the back of their premises.There have been many complains to the council but all have been ignored on the basis that 3 cars can pass each other!! NOT Possible !!

Absolutely rubbish service. Council charges a fortune and do not deliver anything of value. Very quick to take council tax and developers "perks" while infrastructure takes a beating. Traffic, schools and especially doctors appointments a huge issue. 1 star is flattering them

Amazing, I walked right in and they gave me a 3 bedroom house and a garage for my dodge viper. All I had to do was prove I was foreign and they gave me loads of money too!

"You get what you pay for".... or maybe not. As long term residents, I honestly see little more from the council other than approvals for new housing estates.
