"Hi Everyone. I'm a random guy from Bracknell who incompetent Royal Fail somehow made the manager of their online profile several months ago and they're too stupid and lazy to even realise it. Despite numerous emails to Google they have failed to remove me from the profile so I'm just gonna talk shit here because the incompetence is staggering on both sides and I guess I'm in charge now lol. If this continues for a couple more weeks I'm just going to delete the profile from Google Maps so good luck royal fail."

An email from Royal Mail delivery Office promised the delivery of 2 packages on Friday 16 December. They never arrived. No apology. I was left in the dark. Saturday morning, without notice, they tried to deliver them when I was out. At last a RM card for re-delivery; I chose today Monday 19th but at 13.30 no show. The RM DO closed today at 10am. Shocking service.
Absolutely useless front of house/reception staff. As helpful as a wet paper bag and work pace of a snail. Thats why there is always a queue! Have had many issues with this depot in the last few months including parcel not even being sent out for delivery, unhelpful when collecting and ridiculous opening hours!
Use this depot 1-2 times every week for sending Click & Drop 48hr track & signed. Go mid day or early afternoon, very rarely any wait, maybe 1 or 2 people. Friendly staff & never had a problem. Very disappointed by recent huge reduction in open hours - now under pressure to get there before 10am on monday was 2pm and before 2pm rest of week, else would have been 5 stars.
If you get a short queue, & you get the old guy. You will get a good service. Otherwise it's a long wait, & they can't find your parcel
Dear CEO, please find some staff pay them fair. And have better opening hours. This is really shocking and disappointing
The 0843 number listed is a wrong and b a scam to get you calling premium rate numbers. There are no public numbers to call the delivery office directly, Royal Mail customer service is on a local-rate 0345 number.
Poor service standards! Got several texts since morning saying item will be delivered by 7.30 pm. We waited home all day to get a text saying we attempted delivery but nobody was available at home! We have cameras at home, didn’t have anybody come to deliver so how can you say you attempted to deliver. It was an urgent medical item and was posted on next day delivery promise.
Waited for an hour for my package! Saw people being turned away as they couldn't find their package. Each person being seen took around 5 minutes for Thier package to be found. Really incompetent royal mail. Kids and elderly waiting outside in the cold to collect their mail not good enough!
I can only join the choir of people dawning of the inefficiency this place identify as. How can you treat people who already have to go way out of the city centre to stand around for eternities for something so simple as picking up a package this poorly?? And the frustrating part is that it's so easy to fix. It's finding a package with your name on it! Why does that take 5 min per person?? Update: I started recording the time when getting inside the door. The laps are each customer being served.
I must first of all commend the efforts of the British royal mail. You guys are wonderful. However, if Xmas and other bank holidays are going to affect the opening and closing hours, then the actual working hours should be made known to the service users. It is just not enough to say "Xmas eve might affect these hours". Some people were stranded yesterday at the office there. I have an important prescription medication which was supposed to be delivered to me by 3pm yesterday, I waited till 3.30pm and never saw it, I walked down to the Do in bracknell just to discover everywhere was locked already. I really don't know my fate as at today and the medication is highly needed
