CrossFit is an effective strength and conditioning program that incorporates, Olympic lifting, compound strength training, basic gymnastics, plyometrics and metabolic conditioning such as skipping, rowing, sprinting. The workouts are short and intense and unlike at an ordinary gym every session is coached by an experienced instructor.
Our programming is designed to develop explosive power and nine other physical skills: strength, speed, agility, coordination, balance, accuracy, stamina, endurance & flexibility. Development of these skills transfers into improved athletic performance across a wide range of sports.
