Threw my mother out shes 72, for moving up the road, begged us to go with them when they moved from Normanby, staff are rude on phone and most of them need customer service courses, on how to speak to patients. No loyalty whatsoever. They actually had a meeting to see if she could of stayed, of course she wouldn't have, just do not go moving up the road they will throw you out. 
We are now happy in a new surgery :)  I tried to give it no stars but it would not let me!

No hold or queue system on phones, impossible to get through, every other surgery has a modern phone system but these cant be bothered, hope you didn't hurt your hand as you'll have to sit redialling for HOURS. go to any other doctors

Very poor, never answer the phone and when they do they are very rude and when I need an appointment there always busy apparently call them selves doctors and they don't do nothing for you always take the mic out of you who ever it is who works on the phones they need sacking or even better it needs knocking down or made into better doctors and have nicer people work there who actually care and wants to help you, no doctors at all

Absolutely waste can't make appointment need to phone in morning phone to be told no appointents fully booked

Never answer the phone and it always seems to be an automated voice message each time .
