Both doctors are really good however the processes and the receptionists are just shocking. Working people can never seem to get an appointment and it takes a least 5 attempts to get through to then be told you have to call back later, this goes on and on. Been at this practice for about 10 years now and my wife and children are all registered here too. Last straw now moving to a new practice.

Reception never answer's the phone 80 percent of the time. Both 2 doctors are horrible and don't help you. 
The nurse practitioner Emma is brilliant and I always go to her if I need anything.

The receptionists frequently make appointments with a nurse when you as for a doctor and fat luck if you want to see your actual GP. The doctors are dissmissive and detached from all emotion.

Trying to book an appointment is a task in itself, you have to ring at least 5 times and they often let it ring out.

If you have any mental health issues you will get no help from here.

Always able to get appointments and normally same day and evening appointments available, Not keen on Dr Nadah he can be quite rude
