Thanks to this service.. the walk in centre. Everything my mum needs the dr she never gets seen . Considering she is over 80 I thought her own surgery would see her .. but know always a battle. Disgraceful way to treat an old person  who rarely attends the Dr's.  Ended up here yesterday. Little bit of a wait but the dr was really good.  Spoke to.my mum brilliantly and was very reassuring.  She feels like changing to this surgery. Thank you  for being so understanding.

This (overall) is a brilliant doctors practice that tends to be constantly busy due to the fact you don't need an appointment to be seen; That of-course does mean that the waiting time is longer than you would like; but you'll get seen faster than waiting days at your regular doctors...  I highly suggest using a practice such as this one to be seen when you've had an accident; but it isn't serious enough for James Cook
