Great pie and chips with season veg. The beer was on form and there was another dozen or so dining and a few more drinking. There was a separate dining room if you wanted to go in there to eat. There was also a separate pool table room and a dedicated snooker room. There was a great selection of real ales and the lunchtime menu was extensive. The barman was friendly and cheery. There is a Car park and several picnic tables in the beer garden. Dogs are welcome.. I recommend this place for food and drinks.

The address isn't correct. Luckily the person at this address took pity on us tourists and told us where to go. It's right on the corner of their tiny downtown. We stayed here because it was the half way point driving back from Glasgow to Oxford. It slept our party of 5 in what looks like a 2 bedroom apartment, attached to the hotel. The street light blinked into one of the bedrooms all night and surprisingly there was a lot of street noise all night too. With it being a tiny town in the middle of nowhere we didn't expect this. The food was good. The service was great. The rooms were definitely outdated and the furniture was from the 50s. All in all it was okay. Just okay. For one night only.

The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely and fresh. Good value for money too!!

Under new management since last time we visited the area and is much improved. Food is great!

Popped in today for lunch had the most amazing lamb curry staff and everything were top rate would highly recommend it to anyone
