Attended for a professional meeting. We had a large room, tea and coffee and biscuits provided. There were jugs of water and cordials on the table. The room was warm and private.

Visited for works Christmas meal...over 80 seated. Mass catering style I would call it.. plenty of food but overcooked in style. Service was pretty speedy. Bar area looks cosy and probably nice if just stopping for a quick drink.

Good venue for a wake, in a separate area of the hotel where we could chat comfortably.

Excellent location, but this hotel wins on the fact that the staff are fabulous. They cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Never stayed anywhere before that even comes close to this place.
