We love this pub, it's a delightful alternative to motorway services that we discovered some years ago and return monthly en route to family in Cardiff. Great menu; great bar; great service and they accept sensible dogs. Literally, 5 mins North from the Bath turn-off.

Classic pub food. Some really good deals on their cheap lunch menu deals. Nice cosy atmosphere and friendly service. Burgers are nice and do a good Sunday roast. Plenty of parking available.

The cheaper menu is excellent a good choice especially fish and chips. The soup and other starters are almost a meal in themselves and again a good choice. The main menu is really good for choice but too much for us. The staff are friendly and efficient. We like the decor and atmosphere.

Great food and lovely staff. Good selection of fine ales and beer garden. Dogs welcome 😊🐕🥂🍺

Very enjoyable. Had a meal and drinks here on the way home after a day out. Location is easily accessible from the A46. Big car park. There is a main menu and bar menu with fish, meat and vegetarian options. The meals we had were of good proportions and nicely cooked. Staff are friendly. Atmosphere is welcoming. Not too pricey. Recommended.
