First impression was it looked great. Landlady seemed friendly however, the rooms are basic. The wifi is non existent in the stables rooms. The tv signal is poor. Advertised as all rates include breakfast which is misleading as it doesn't. When you ask if a friend can stop the the price is doubled... even though the service is the same. Beds got made initially but then stopped. Had to buy my own toilet paper. When paying extra to have a friend stop, you don't get more towels. There are other pages advertising that first guest is free.  You get biscuits on the tea tray, but not replaced daily. Curtains in my room are stained. As was the bed sheet.  Emailed after my stay with my complaint and request for a partial refund and totally ignored. 
Honesty, giving 1 star is generous.

Landlady continues to be rude and rater insulting in her correspondence.
