We had the Afternoon Tea at The Cricketers - it was amazing!! I have had my fair share of Afternoon Teas l can tell you! This has to be one of the best!! Sandwiches and rolls with lovely fillings and a variety of yummy cakes and of course scones. Everything was delicious and fresh. We couldn’t finish it- so Debbie provided doggy bags so we could take our leftover cakes home. Such a reasonable price too! Highly recommended.
Had a lovely meal with my husband and daughter. The food was good and is reasonably priced- enjoyed the roast today! Staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Debbie who is wonderful at her job. She makes you feel very welcome as her guest and nothing is too much trouble. A great place to have a meal and a catchup for everyone and even better for us - not too far to travel too. Well done to the team at the cricketers arms! We will most certainly be back.
We recently held a small engagement party with a buffet at The Cricketers and we could not fault the service, food and atmosphere. Everyone came away feeling like they’d had a really good night, so thank you to the team for a memorable evening for the happy couple. The pork pies & sausage rolls were especially yummy too! Enough food was served and it all pretty much got eaten! Would highly recommend.
Love the atmosphere and eating at the Cricketers Arms, service is always with a smile. Over the last month we’ve eaten here once a week. Lunchtime, dinner and of course the brunch menu! Excellent value and food is always fabulous. None of them have failed us and service has been amazing too. Sandra - thank you and thanks for our making our Boxing Day booking easy! Debbie - thank you for amazing brunch service on Sunday.
Nice pub and staff. Good quiz. Really boring, samey menu. Chips, onion rings, batter, breadcrumbs are no good and make you feel awful Could do with just a couple of home made dishes.Food: 1/5
I ate here many years ago and the pub was great, food was great and service was great. I've now moved to the area and revisited the pub. I've been twice for drinks but no food yet. The pub desperately needs a re-vamp. The carpets and seats are really grubby and the toilets stink of urine and the beer garden could do with a cleanup too. The staff are really nice and welcoming, but the cleanliness puts me off eating here or coming for a drink on a regular basis.
Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Friendly atmosphere and peaceful sitting around lunchtime. Recommend! Hunters Chicken, Gammon Steak, Halloumi Fries.. Food: 4/5
We had lunch at the Cricketers Arms in Eastleigh today, and it was fantastic! Not only was the food delicious, but Debbie also made our visit truly special. From the moment we walked in, we felt warmly welcomed. The menu offered a great variety of dishes, and everything we ordered was cooked to perfection. Debbie's attentive service and friendly demeanor added to the overall wonderful experience. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend the Cricketers Arms to anyone looking for a great meal with excellent service. Vegetarian options: Lots of choice Parking: Good
Excellent Greene King Pub and restaurant. Very popular and consequently busy. If eating especially at weekends you need to reserve a table. Hood value pub restaurant food. Excellent staff and service.Food: 5/5
This pub has gone down hill. Very popular, and great sunny garden with lots of tables. Food was poor quality. The gammon steaks were good value but very fatty. It was more like pork belly ! The chips were over cooked. Friendly staff but let down by the quality of food and drink. I was served ale in a dirty glass. It was pretty grim.
