Had a lovely lunch today, didn't have to wait long , staff were nice.
Staff very friendly and welcoming. Lady in green kept putting heaters on for us as I couldn’t reach always wiping and cleaning tables never stood doing nothing like one of the lady’s when we arrived. Another chap was very polite asking us how our day had been and if we had enjoyed our selfs. Welcome was very warm and with a smile
Tuesday quiz night is such a lot of fun and a good night out. Great ambience, good food and staff couldn't be more helpful, welcoming and friendly. The app is very effective to book table, order drinks and food served at the table. Strict observance of Covid protocols.
One of the best places to have a beer in the sun. Have a huge garden where you can spend the whole day
The pub is sat back of of a main road in a nice little setting with plenty of parking. They take social distancing very seriously. The drinks are a little on the steep side, the food was quite nice for pub food, so would I recommend. Yes. The pub garden was a nice relaxing place to have a nice drink and some good food.
Really impressed with how they've dealt with and are managing Covid safeguarding in pub & garden. Both food which was good, and drinks were served quickly too. No complaints. Will definitely be back.
This place has worked very hard to do things right to keep people safe during Covid-19 and have succeeded in my opinion. Lovely traditional pub, good beer, serves food has a good reputation. Log fire in a wood-burning stove in winter.
Very clean and spacious pub with exposed beams and brickwork, outdoor seating a bonus. Good car park. Slightly expensive but surroundings justify that. 5G available in this area.
Very nice environment very polite staff. The food is delicious. Good prices and as for covid situation and safety measures all up to standard.
