We stayed a couple of nights, the owners were extremely friendly and the rooms were very clean and we'll kept. The breakfast was a very good home cooked full English.

I recently stayed in the CL at Crich Lane Farm. The views from our motorhome were stunning. Hard standing with electricity, fresh water and a toilet emptying facility.

Wonderful hosts and ample breakfast choices! The full English is the best I've ever had which will leave you full until dinner!! Room and ensuite bathroom is spotless and fantastic value for money. I suffer from back pain so comfy beds are a necessity for a good nights sleep. Too firm and I'm tossing and turning all night. However, I slept like a baby for the 4 nights I stayed here. Super quiet area. Walking distance to a pub (horse and jockey) and delicious fish and chip shop. Perfect.

I've only used the caravan sites. It's a excellent location with great views over to south wingfield manor. Its only 20 minutes from junction 28 of the M1. A short walk over the village green you will find a fantastic chip shop and a lovely pub the horse and jockey. It's a couple of miles to crich and the tram museum and more great country pubs a brilliant butchers and artisan bakery. Take the car to matlock and the peak district. Make sure you visit the Poets Corner at Ashover a fab pub where they brew their own ale. A great place. Worth a visit.
