I found it very strange that even knowing we had you'd children that the room was down a flight of stairs. There were family rooms with kettles bit again not much available for bottle warming or any other kind of baby care. The beds were very comfortable and the location was good but very basic.

Been here a few times over years. Recently though, member of staff called Lisa has booked me in. Can't speak highly enough of her. Nothing is too much trouble, she's great. Super efficient and great customer service. Many thanks for going the extra yard!

Not a bad place, good food. But toilets very dirty and old! Plus it's a horrible sight to see people right outside the doors smoking! And you have to walk ya kids past. Why can't they be at least 20 feet away so us none smokers don't have to smell them Awful cancer sticks!! Smokers stink big time!!

The bed is really comfortable and the staff is really nice. There is also free parking. Don't really like the fact that we have to pay for the wi-fi £3 a day. Also apart from the fast food chain there is nothing to eat here.

Our business networking group has rented the meeting room twice a month for well over a year. We are most pleased with the service and facilities. The room is highly recommended for meetings, presentations etc.
