A nice train station that is served by Southern and Thameslink trains with going towards Brighton and London Bridge and Victoria. There is disabled access to both platforms with a lift at the footbridge the station has two entrances and exits on both platforms with ticket barriers. The main entrance on platform 1 has a large ticket hall area along with a waiting room. There is toilets available at the station and the two platforms are long for 12 coach long trains.
Small station, quite dated and drap. Staff were helpful and friendly. Tickets office was closed at 2pm Thursday but there are a few machines. Outside is the taxi rank and opposite is the shopping mall
Good service, great staff, and nice and close to Crawley town centre and the county mall. Nice new ticket hall and entrance as well.
Came here for a spontaneous weekend getaway with my partner after getting the wrong train home in London. Easy to navigate to the opposite platform, very helpful staff reassured us there were no trains going back to London, very comfy benches to cry on.
The sitting room from platform 2 doesn't have windows and in case you have a buggy, you need to use the stairs to reach out to the platform.
