Total rubish. Ticket machine didn't work, missed my train.No sorry nothing, the machine not been labelled "out of order" so a lot of other ppl try to use it. Ripping of customer when they arriving to visit London.  Double charged for a ticket. Rude arrogant staff. Very welcoming  for tourist/sarcastic/ Would be better if you just get a couple of trained monkey I bet they can do a better job.

The blond fat gate assistant acts like a police man and treat me unfairly more than one time. Once this week ask me rudely to junp in the back of the quote when some else’s jump in front of me. Then rudely told me to get my ticket on the gate. My ticket is a monthly ticket to central London and it stop been read after 2weeks and honesty I don’t want to quote up again to renew a piece of paper that is still valid... 
any way my suggest is can anyone on Gatwick station calm that bold lady down and by the way teatch her some manners! He atitude is horrible and she should apologise to people because she is dealing with the general public...very poor☹️

I'd like to say a huge thank you to the man on the information desk on Sunday 18th February 2018.  I arrived from holiday with a sprained ankle, unable to walk.  He arranged a wheelchair to the platform, helped me onto the train and phoned ahead to East Croydon Station where there was a man waiting with a wheelchair ready to take me to and help me onto the tram.
