I am a single working mum of 3 my youngest boy got his first shoes today the staff were amazing so helpful so polite honest cared about the comfort of my boy but didnt try to push anything onto me we had gone in and aiden was asleep so he had his feet measured then went shopping then came bk and a lady called abby served us helped us to fit the shoes didnt mind going bk and forth till we found the right pair she was amazing with us and especially aiden he had his photo taken and then when i went to pay the choose me as there random act of kindness and i got his shoes free i dont earn much after childcare fees are paid. I was so overwelmed we have not had it easy since my boy has been born with different stresses that have been thrown our way but they made me feel on top of the world and I cannot thank them enough as i thought I was so unlucky till today can honestly say i dreaded today that shop there staff and abby were amazing recommend to anyone

Was in Northallerton store buying shoes. Even though shop was very busy with children getting school shoes Staff couldn't have been more helpful even though they were rushed of there feet. Highly recommended

Modernisation hasn't included the technology of other stores, got rid of the fish so now nothing for the children to do whilst you wait (a long time) to be seen. Shoes expensive but very good quality

The lady at the time told me she was a manager, later on I found out from customer service she wasn't. But she was rude. She asked what size I wanted, I said I didn't know what size I was in England, I'd never bought shoes here. She asked what size I was where I was from. I told her it was 7.5 but it's not here. She said she wanted it as a starting point. Said it very mean. She brought me 3 pairs of shoes in a 6. Not sure how the hell she converted it. I did ask if she wanted to know what country I was from and she walked away. Won't ever go back, that would have been the 6th pair I bought this year. But now they have lost my business forever.
