I ordered a Samsung larder fridge and freezer in November 2017 the freezer was damaged on delivery in January 2018 Maxwell's did not want to know after that Bill sighed a nice letter and attached it to my invoice telling you what a great company Maxwell's is unfortunately that is until you have a problem then it is what do you want us to do about it (Bill just replace my freezer it's been 4 months 14.04 .2018 )

We had an integral dishwasher and freezer fitted two days ago by Jake,Anthony and Steve .after having a less than happy experience with an installation by a large electrical retailer it was pleasure to have three guys who knew what they were doing and did it to the highest of standards.These guys are a credit to the company and as a tradesman myself I could not fault their work.

Fantastic staff from start to finish. Delivery men went over and above , fantastic customer service and would recommend to anyone. I am a very happy customer .

Just a quick thanks to the salesman who talked us through the different options for Smart TV's this afternoon. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We explained that we were on holiday from Newcastle and just looking at what was on the market before making a decision, so we were not going to buy today. He was however very helpful and we left with a lot more information than we had before we visited the store. Many thanks :)

Very pleasant, good,knowledgeable service - bought a Smeg dishwasher - very pleased with price and installation guys were great.
