I exchanged an item I was not happy with, great service nothing was a problem smooth and friendly transaction well done team Northallerton
Bought product online, but when it arrived it was not ideal for our requirements. We took it back to the Northallerton Store and hoped there would be no problem.....and there wasnt. It couldnt have been simpler. Elizabeth really helped us get the right product and we left with a refund on the original product and having purchased the new one. Great service. Thanks
Popped in this afternoon for a few bits and pieces. Friendly hello and asked if I needed any help, said I was fine and with a smile I was left to look around....Great job, nothing worse than being pestered. I love the way all dogs are greeted and welcomed.
We had purchased a slow cooker during lockdown unfortunately it developed a fault. Being in a different county we have had to wait till we could travel & restrictions lifted. Well done Lakeland good Covid system. Product changed without any questions. Really friendly member of staff. First class service.

Called in Northallerton store today to look at some vacuum cleaners with my 92 year old mother,and although we left without purchasing one the assistant Carolyn deserves a mention for her excellent customer service for being most patient and helpful.
