It's a really good book shop with a vast selection for a small town branch. Staff are lovely as with most Waterstones and the interior is welcoming and uses the space very well

Good service, got the book I requested.
The lady in the shop was very helpful when I told her what I was looking for, the book wasn't in store so she offered to have it. Sent to me in the post free of charge. It arrived when she said it would and she was very friendly. The book arrived nicely wrapped up as if it were ready as a gift. Nice touch I thought.

I purchased a book from this lovely store and very carelessly left behind my purse on the counter. Michael, the manager, tried to find me afterwards, on the High Street, to no avail. However, through detective work he managed to get a message to me in Worcester and we made contact. One of the staff put the purse into the post, texted me a photo of the tracking number, and I received it the following day. This is what I call excellent service! Michael, your shop deserves the good ratings that it has received. Thank you.
Helpful staff got us sorted in no time and made a great suggestion for an extra book for reading week.
Friendly staff, good selection of anime/ manga books. My Autistic son loves it!
