Went especially today to buy a leather jacket, as a lovely treat from my husband. Lots of choice, Lisa, who served us, was lovely and friendly and very helpful. I am a HR and Training Manager and I like excellent customer service. This shop definitely has my support.
I am very pleased with the way manager Lisa handled my query. She was very pleasant and helpful to me. She let me tried quite a few coats to get to the right suitable size for me. She have written the right code to facilitate my online order. I managed to get what I want from the website. She have processed my refund very quickly as we left the store. Thank you Lisa for being so reliable and prompt to serve the needs of your customers. You made my first visit to your store a memorable one! Best regards to your branch in Northallerton.
May be a co-incidence but each time I have been into the shop the store assistants are busy chatting and don't stop their gossip when customers are in the shop. Is it me or is this the norm these days? I had to wait for two assistants to move away from the clothing I wanted to see because they were so busy chatting.
I have been searching for a leather jacket for ages. Why didn't I go to Lakeland first? Bought a gorgeous jacket today. So pleased. Lovely quality . Thank you Lynne for your help and patience x
Very friendly staff and the manageress is so helpful, knowlegable and cudnt do enough to help is such a credit to lakeland leather think her name was Lisa would recommend this shop in northallerton to anyone a great experience
I love lakeland, jackets, gloves and caps. I buy them all. But alas no more from this store. Staff attitude was shocking. The manageress was rude. Will still use lakeland just not this store.
