Very unhelpful student engagement team once you have finished studying. Not interested in helping or they give the wrong information. Staff seem annoyed you dared call them for help or information when trying to accredit previous degrees to another university. Out of countless people I spoke to only one was friendly and helpful, the rest are rude and abrupt. Happy to take your money though.
This is the worst University one can get admission into, especially if you're an international student never ever go for this UniversitynnI'll explain the situation further :-n•They never reply to mails , like literally nevern• A total money minded Universityn• You can always find 10x better universities than thisnI paid the semester fee as they told me to after getting a conditional offer letter even though I met all the conditions and the money was paidnStill no reply from their end also I paid the fee through their website page itself I got their end of receipt but no further process updates for my admission, I am now withdrawing this application and taking admission into a better uni
Worst.nThey only care about money.nSpeaking of refunds. Their financial department never gets through. The same goes for emails.nWhen I went there in person, they refused to allow me to interview for a refund. Ridiculous!nI have applied for legal aid. We can't let things like this continue to happen! Avoid this college if you can!
Great place for learning. This one of the oldest university of this area. Teaching is highly engaging with practical activities which make students learn better, faster and accurately. Very good faculty members, highly educated , very supporting and kind.nStudents enjoy their stay and study over here.nThis one of ever growing university of UK.
Worst university. All they want is money they don't care about students well being. Better choose good university for studies no proper good staff and can't find better opportunities in this area accomodations are not affordable.
