No idea why there is so many bad reviews for this company.. I've never had a problem using them before.. Always been amazing customer service..hmm:/

Absolutely terrible service I don’t recommend. Booked for an specific time and they were 15 minutes late on the excuse there was lots of traffic. The whole point to book at a certain time is to ensure you get picked up at that time. Drivers and control centre needs to allow for traffic to ensure timely pick up. I won’t use again.

Called for taxi to airport and told they'd call back. They never did. Looking at the experience of other reviewers it looks like I was lucky they didn't! Regards owner response - there must be a lot of competitors out to get you given the number of bad reviews - you did say you'd call back and you never did!

It took 4 phone calls and 25 minutes to sort out why I had a text saying they were outside my house and yet there was no car there. You'd think I lived on the moon or in a house deep in the countryside but it could not say my house number any clearer and I live on a main road! How they went to a different address is beyond me. I was late for a medical appointment and won't use this company again after they charged me the full amount for such a poor experience.

Tiger Feet. Your flight was delayed 8 times and we waited for you. that I believe is excellent service. Of course we don't fit child safety seats. You are the parents, it is your responsibility to fit child safety seats not ours for what are clear and obvious reasons. We would never offer to install your safety seats for you. It is your responsibility! Ebonie Allard. Your plane was delayed and we waited for you. No contact from you and could not reach you on your mobile phone. When you did finally call us we had a car pick you up in 10 minutes. I call that excellent service.
