I wouldn't use anyone else. We've been using them for over a year and they have always been on time, always lovely to chat to and they do their level best to fit you in when they are extremely busy.

I booked County Cars about 2 1/2 hours in advance, told them it was an important appointment at my bank... 5 minutes after it should have arrived I phoned county cars to enquire about were it was, only to be told that the motorway was busy and it would arrive in about 5 minutes time. Feeling that if it arrived within the 5 minutes I'd still have time to get to the bank in time for my appointment, unfortunately 10 minutes later still no taxi and the time for my appointment to now start at the bank, I phoned to cancel said taxi only to be told by the operator that I wasn't their only customer and that not all of their taxis was kept in Clevedon for my benefit, (or words to that effect,) so starting from today I'll be using a rival company, losing county cars a minimum of £16 a week. ...Strange that for a month or so County cars will run as sweet as a nut, then for seemingly no reason they go all to hell, and don't seem to give a damn. ...So as I said time to find a different taxi firm!!

Good to see Copse Cars blatantly and childishly promoting themselves - don't make it too obvious then. As a matter of interest more customers are late for us than we are for them especially on Saturday Nights between 11pm and 1am - sometimes 20mins late (or dont show up at all). And as for Mr New Years Eve, you were slurrying your words very rude and abusive and this will not be tolerated whatsoever. What a charming man! You wait for 20mins to get served at the bar but 10mins for a taxi on new years eve no way. I hope you have found another taxi operator that will endure your drunken and abusive rants on the telephone this new years eve. £22.00 for six people to go 4 miles...£3.66 per person is actually cheaper than the local bus fare per person which is £4.60 plus we provide a door to door service plus we were early on both occassions too Hmm really whats your problem? Most reasonable people would say that is excellent service...

£9 for 3 people £22 for 5 people for 4 miles is a rip off- check prices before you book- twice they turned up 10 mins early which wasn't helpful to us - but presumably to them- make them wait till your ready about time clevedon had a decent taxi service- any ideas?
