Recently been let down for the third time by this company! Only after the first complaint have they tried to make amends by giving me a free fare. Had a taxi booked from Bristol airport to take me and my 2 children home. Received a text on the day from the company saying that my flight was being tracked and that I would receive further contact when landed. Once landed another text came through saying that the taxi was waiting nearby and for me to call the main number in order to be picked up from the pick up/ drop off zone, so I did. The woman who answered said she'd let the driver know I was ready. After a 10 min wait I rang up again asking what car to look out for. After another 10 mins I phoned again and was told that she could see that the driver was at airport and that she'd phone him and ask him to contact me directly. After a total of a 40 min wait (with a poorly infant in tow) I was told that driver was now stuck in traffic (?)! It's obvious that the driver was NOT at airport on either of the two occasions I was told that he was! I decided to use arrow cars instead (at a cheaper rate). Not even a verbal apology offered and we have been long standing customers with my husband travelling to airport every other week. I can safely say that we won't be using this company again.

Excellent service. All drivers are professional with a wicked sense of humour making each trip enjoyable. They will always go that extra mile. The ladies who answer the phones are fab as well

This Taxi company are the best in the area. They are very reliable and have very nice clean cars. The drivers are always helpful and courteous.
