Fantastic service. What a gent Sid is, pleasant, keeps you up to date, he was on time, had some great meaningful chat, and really was a fun drive to the airport. I booked him on the way back as well because I enjoyed the trip over so much. I totally recommend HS cars.
Absolutely amazing. This company goes above and beyond customer service, after booking an airport flight for early hours of the morning the price of the fare was the cheapest I could find. The driver so friendly and when I WhatsApp to say I would be two hours delayed they more than accommodating to pick me up at 03:00 rather than 01:00. All I can say is a massive thank you to all at HS Taxis and highly recommend to all.
Sid was really excellent, after my gate broke leaving my car trapped, I was going to Bristol Airport for a flight. After calling Sid, he was there to pick me up in no time - extremely friendly and did all he could to help me catch my flight. I am very grateful. Every journey from Portishead now on I will be using Sid. Thanks again!
I was a single female travelling. I prebooked with HS Taxis, and I have to say out of 4 companies they were the cheapest. I was able to change the taxi at short notice to a later time. My driver was friendly and reliable. Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend. Thanks. :
My car wouldn’t start in the early hrs of Sunday morning due to the freezing weather Conditions but I needed to drive to Bristol airport to catch at early morning flight to Dublin for my nephew’s christening later that morning. I was panicking that I would miss my flight, all other Portishead taxi’s did not open until 7, I couldn’t get through to any other taxi companies, however H&S’s Taxi’s sidz cars answered immediately and although he already had another booked fare at 7am he said he would be able to get me to the airport on time. I was so relieved, the service was fantastic, the driver arrived quickly a few mins from my call ensured he got me to the airport on time and even offered extra assistance to help me to start my car upon my return. The driver was extremely friendly, great service, definitately went over and above to help me out when I would have been stuck and likely to have missed my flight and christening had he not been able to pick me up immediately. I will definitely use this service as my first choice of taxis in future and would recommend to others. Thanks for saving my day last Sunday-Sidz cars- so appreciated.
Left stranded. Arrived early hours Bristol airport. Phoned taxi to say we had collected our bags. No answer had to then make other arrangements to get home. Not amused. Still no answer today to ask why we had not been picked up.
