Been using these guys to get to and from hospital for several years,always been on time for appointments if not early. Vehicles are always clean and comfortable. Even the banter has helped the pre surgery nerves.

Booked last minute (night before) for an early Sunday morning taxi. Very accommodating over the phone. Arrived 5 minutes early and had amazing customer service. Really brightened up my morning, giving me a great start to the day.

Phoned at 9pm and needed a taxi for 10.30pm, but they offered 10.15pm. The lady picked me up at 10.10 got me to Bristol in plenty of time. Great service and cost £25 from Nailsea

I use this company for work related travel whenever I can, they are on time and polite. They do not lie when a taxis is not available or the time it will take to arrive which key when booking for work.

Really poor service from this company over the weekend. Despite me confirming my prepaid booking twice when they didn't turn up they advised I had booked for an hour later. I had 2 email confirmation with the correct time and had called to confirm. My daughter and I were stranded alone in a rural location for over an hour and whenthe driver did arrive it took 1 hour to get the 16 miles home due to him taking wrong turnings. Sadly this was a very unpleasant ending to what had been a beautiful wedding. I would never use this company again.
