Visited Nottingham branch on spec as we were in the area. Carl gave us lots of time and tons of useful advice resulting in my wife and I coming away with a solid pair of very comfortable new walking boots in addition to some other outdoor goodies. Excellent customer service! Bravo 👏🏼👏🏼

The staff had a good knowledge and experience of the products, having used them themselves. They were also really friendly. I later did a click and collect, it worked smoothly, I received an email an hour after ordering to confirm it was ready, and it was there when I collected it an hour later. I have always had good experiences with Cotswolds across the country.

Called at your store in Nottingham today. Wow what service from the guy who greeted us at the door to the manager.the lad in the footware dept to the Lady at the till All were true professionals and and very helpful. Plus with all the discounts we bagged our selves some good bargins. Keep of up
