Went in to use my free coffee through my wantu app to be told this is a franchise of Costa not a main Costa. All I wanted was two coffees. Made to drive ages to get to another store just to get a coffee. I will never go there again. As I have had no problem with any other Costa franchise or not.

Extremely friendly staff. Very accommodating, especially as premises was due to close !! Tasty food and drink, hot when necessary. Will definitely visit again. Only reason have not given 5 stars is, find all coffee places, charge too much for their produce.

It needs a good clean! Not busy today(4th May 1 p.m.) 6 tables had dirty crockery on them. The table i sat at had food under it and the one next to me had spilled drinks stains under it which had dried out ! No customers when i was leaving the staff were 'having a chat' behind the counter. Must improve if it is to keep the good name of Costa.

This place is so up and down....sometimes its great other times it's dreadful. .... today it's just ok.. the coffee could/should have been hotter even though we asked fot extra hot.. but after the long wait(not the staffs fault an awkward customer) I decided that it would do...
