Staff are always tidying up way before the shop is due to close, areas are sectioned off and wet floor signs put on table tops ....making it hard to relax. Air conditioning on cool in the middle of winter and cakes left on the counter top for ages before being put in the fridge. Coffee is okay, but l only use this branch for convenience before going to the gym !

Enjoyable experience, good coffee, and very pleasant staff, but when it is busy I end up with a flat white with chocolate instead a cappuccino, paying good money for a drink you don't want. Please can you have somebody regularly checking the toilets it is probably the biggest problem not all Costa, all outlets with toilet facilities. But all in all a good experience here, and the others in the area.

worst costa i have ever been too. the staff were rude, unaccommodating, and looked like they would rather be anywhere else but in the store. I will not be going back.

Friendly staff, spacious seating area and usual selection of coffee and cake that can be expected in all branches of Costa. Someone else said it was cold but imho that is only because lots of customers leave the door open and is no fault of Costa or the staff.
