Great to have this all in one facility in Hamilton.  Provides fantastic programmes in Personal Training, Performance Training and Injury Rehabilitation.  Antii Gravity Training also available.

Had ankle injury and my surgeon suggested Core Fitness & Physiotherapy.  Glad he did  as the physio was 1st class.  Slightly more expensive than others in the area but worth every penny.  Cant thank John enough.  From start to finish everything he done was fantastic.  Worked together with my surgeon to find out what had been done with my ankle and devised a rehab programme using the Anti gravity treadmill.  Now back running 2 months ahead and actually feel stronger than before my injury as they also gave me some advice on other areas that were needing worked on.  Superb facility and Physio. Thanks
