Had 4 sessions with Lisa who helped to ease my problems with tendonitis .
Very professional and friendly service provided.
I now have an exercise routine to follow which has eased my painful condition considerably.
Highly recommended.

I suffer from hyper mobility issues and arthritis and have flare ups, on occasions when I have had a flare up it has settled quickly with the help of this fantastic team. Having the hyper mobility issues I have seen a few Physio’s before I met Jamie’s & his team and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now, they all know their stuff. My mum has also seen Jamie for a knee injury and a sore back after a few sessions with Jamie she hasn’t had any problems. I would recommend JMC Physio’s.
