It wasn't really The Jock Stein Centre we were at. It was a days football tournament in the surrounding playing fields and we got to use the toilet facilities in the centre. Staff were friendly enough and the building looked nice, clean and modern. There were people in the hall playing badminton and it looked nice and spacious. Plenty changing rooms.
Been going in on and off for years. Brill centre with even better staff - always very welcoming
Place is run down unfortunately the park for kids is in dire state of repair and nothing is being done . Traffic on weekends past it if football from Blantyre is on . Is utterly horrific . No just no
Fun day. Amazing
The place is badly run down, the pitch is a disgrace. The penalty box lines are barely visible at best. The council should be ashamed of letting it get into such a state.
Great facilities for football training
Yeah it was a good centre Would have been better if team I was supporting had one but hey grandson scored twice so that was a bonus after travelling from gran canaria
Some staff are lovely and welcoming but a few could be doing with some customer service training, the communication about the rules regarding covid e.g you must bring your own racket, never previously the rule and also currently Blantyre Leisure Centre offer these rackets though there is a ten pound charge for this service which also wasn't communicated very effectively.
Friendly staff and well equipped gym
Tho not in the sports centre it's self my son was playing on the football pitches that where in good condition and the has big area of grass witch is good to walking dogs
