Excellent gym with a great atmosphere and well-maintained equipment. The staff are friendly and approachable, and the locker rooms are spacious for storing your belongings. The membership is a worthwhile investment for mind, body, and soul.
I absolutely love this gym. I have joined a couple in the past and left due to feeling judged. Absolutely no judgement in this gym we are all there to improve ourselves whatever the reason. I've never felt more comfortable in a gym. Very well maintained and clean.nI hired a PT Mark Reaside would highly recommend him as a pt. He is very supportive yet stricked on your journey. He's always there to give advice or support whenever you need it.nWouldn't go to any other gym as this one has everything I feel i need.nThanks guys keep up the good work
Great quality gym for anyone with easy to use, comfortable and quality equipment. The one issue I have with the place is the number of members the gym seems to have in contrast to the size of the free weight area. To the management I would strongly consider exploring the benefits of becoming a 24 hour gym to reduce overcrowding, this is part of the reason I decided to cancel my membership. Alongside my current job, the idea of walking into a place with no breathing space and waiting to use each piece of equipment is seriously off putting, having the option to use the facility after late shifts would convince me to come back as it is a better gym than other local 24hr facilities.
Nice pleasant Gym located in Hamilton. Has a nice size free car park so is easy to get to by car. Can sign up monthly or just sign up for a week for £15 if you are just passing through. Gym is clean and currently big on sanitation through covid which is good. Loads of sprays and wipes for each member to use individually. There is a good amount of CV equipment. Also a good range of Weight training equipment, squat rack and deadlift area. Could use a few more Weight plates, definately 20s and cable machines could do with grease as can be stiff. Definately the best Gym in the area and can improve more to make even better. Staff are nice and friendly. Would return when in the area again.
