Great air conditioning, however I wasn’t able to enjoy it as I was left standing at the front desk for 20 minutes with no staff to let me in. I’m only using this club as East Kilbride is under renovation, now I can’t wait to go back! Classes are also unorganised with instructors not knowing when/if they are teaching. Overall not a great experience with this club so far.
Great equipment, spacious, light and airy! Sadly not many members clean down equipment or re-rack weights! Seems to be a growing trend in gyms sadly!!
I like the private women's area for when I'm feeling uncomfortable. The amount of weights available is brilliant, not like some other gyms in the close vicinity. It's suits my needs perfectly! I find in a lot of gyms the machines are too big for myself as I'm only 5ft. I can adjust all the machines in Xercise4less to suit me, which obviously results in a better work out, and not having to wait to use weights or a machine is a huge bonus for me. The classes available are great too and fun, which matters when you feel like you can't be bothered, they always perk me up. I'm always recommending my gym to other people, if like me, they'll visit and no other gym will compare.
Been going to this gym for around 6 months and never had any problems or complications. I was kicking about a foam ball with my friend who has soft tissue damage and was instructed to do so by hospital and the owner comes up to us shouts at us and kicked us out then was rude and not being respectful I was politely apologising telling him we didn’t know not to as there aren’t any signs saying not to and it resulted in me and my friend being banned for a week by the owner.
This is my gym its awesome. it has a ladies only gym inside also great staff n persona trainers. Anyone thinking of joining a gym In Hamilton phone and book a appt it's definitely a good idea to go here .
The overall experience is first class. The cost, opening times and range of equipment available is superb. Having been a member of the local authority facilities for 5 years this was a breath of fresh air when it opened. Would Highly recommend it.
I was nervous to join but so glad I did....I thought like most gyms it would be full of you know the types. The ones who workout but don't seem to sweat and still look good and be intimidated by them. But it's not like that at all its quiet , friendly and I love the women's only section. If you are a bit worried about how you look while working out then this is great to allow you to build up your confidence. One thing I would say is would have been great to have bit a bit larger and more choice of equipment. I had my first body pump class and yes I was scared as I am so unfit but I thoroughly enjoyed it the teacher Tracer Geddes was very friendly told me not to worry work at my own pace and showed me easier options of the excersise and then spoke to me at the end to see how I felt. I was grateful of this and I have already booked in for the next class. As someone who did little to no excersise I have surprised myself how often I get down even first thing on a Saturd ay and Sunday morning which I never in a million years thought I would do. Thanks xcercise4less for giving me motivation and confidence to workout and try make myself fitter and hopefully lose some weight
Tom the manager is lovely. My PT Zoe Harvey is fantastic, its always spotless, great price and great selection of equipment. Highly recommend it
It's great for the price but could be better there could be more in the women's only bit eg more treadmills and more weights like leg press and a vibro plate would be gd and some boggy bounce classes as this is gd good for people with if you knees like me but overall basic but great price
