Since opening in 1995 Hamilton Water Palace has become South Lanarkshire Leisure's most popular swimming pool boasting an average of over 1,000 visits per day.

The centre's Swimming Facilities range from a 25m Competition Pool to Leisure Waters containing a Flume, Lazy River, Tyre Slide and uniquely a shallow under 8's pool boasting an impressive Pirate Ship with interactive water features.

A Club gym, Fitness Studio, Health Suite and The Coffee House serving Costa Coffee and a wide selection of Fresh Healthy Food complete the facilities on offer in this Scottish Tourist Board four star facility.

Terrible! Got there for the lazy river, slides and nice outdoor pool… well so we thought got there and were told the leisure centre was shut since Covid! There wasn’t even anything on the website or google to say this! You also have to pay for parking. We had to use the big 25m pool which was nice but being able to look at all of the nice things was off-putting. Definitely don’t recommend for a day out with the family!!
DISGUSTING!!!!! Pool was very limited, my daughter can swim and got kicked out of then no non swimmers part of the pool. what does no non swimmers evan mean? We will not be visiting again! to be honest you should just go to the dollan! terrible!
Don't bother. Dirty. Broken. Public swim limited. I left today after the 'delights' of the 'Health Suite' after 5 mins. No hot tub, tired looking steam room. Only kids swimming lessons on. I didn't even stay to use a shower. Chucked my clothes back on and headed to McDonald's to drown my disappointment in a Cappuccino. I seriously don't know why I pay a membership. Website old information, no notifications of closed amenities. Dollan baths closed when you go there.. The all singing all dancing App is a complete waste of time too. There's literally nothing up to date on that either. Where are peoples membership monies going? I understand local Councils are facing serious funding cuts but flipping heck, at least shut the ones down that are not fit for purpose and focus resources on the ones you can actually make something of. What a disgrace. Staff can't look you in the eye.... I'd be embarrassed to work there too....
It's not a water place!!!! It's a shame dirty and disgusting place in Scotland!!! Not want a any star for this place!! Big pool but in use only 5x5 metres for all people's. Toilets are very disgusting and very messy!! Staff is Incompetent and not helpful!! Just waste our time and money there!! Never again!! Not recommended this place to anyone!!!!
Terrible times for access to health suite, basically if you work Monday to Friday 9-5 you can go on a Monday after work but it closes at 8!!! But you can’t go in the morning because it doesn’t open until 12 on a Monday….along with the restrictions in the pool No wonder people think the leisure centre is closed! Health suite should be open until 30mins before the pool closes same as other centres!
